Zencargo is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to join their FinOps team in the Philippines. Reporting to the FinOps Manager, you will work within a team of 4 finance operations professionals in a fast-growing, collaborative environment where accounts payable is a critical function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mailbox, Slack channels, and incoming queries within SLA
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts
- Process invoices and Paycargo transactions
- Own management of selected freight supplier accounts
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with invoice disputes and query resolution
- Reconcile supplier statements alongside the team
- Support the FinOps Manager on project work
- Provide team coverage as needed
- Handle ad hoc tasks as they arise

Requirements:
- Previous accounts payable experience or demonstrated willingness to learn (training provided)
- Strong knowledge of AP procedures, controls, double-entry bookkeeping, and audit requirements
- Forward-thinking mindset with comfort embracing change
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet SLAs
- Excellent communication skills with team and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort with face-to-face meetings and phone communication
- Strong written and verbal communication; friendly and professional manner
- Accountability and ownership mentality
- Proficiency with Google Suite (not Microsoft)
- Comfortable with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
