Wonderful is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Project Manager to lead financial and operational projects from conception through implementation and completion. This role encompasses managing a diverse portfolio of Finance Operations initiatives, including ERP migrations and implementations (particularly NetSuite), onboarding new entities globally, establishing accounting infrastructure, and developing or enhancing finance processes and policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing Finance projects end-to-end, from scope and requirements definition through implementation and operational handover
- Driving NetSuite migration and implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external service providers
- Managing the onboarding of new entities into the company's finance operations, including systems, workflows, and processes
- Developing, documenting, and implementing Finance policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational processes and driving implementation using automations and AI tools
- Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and resolving blockers
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and timely execution
- Taking full ownership of project delivery through successful completion

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in high-tech and startup environments
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, with ability to communicate fluently in a global environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to drive progress across teams and take ownership of projects through completion
- Experience with AI tools
