Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to help legal clients optimize their use of the Filevine legal case management and workflow platform. This role bridges technology and legal operations, serving as both a technical problem-solver and strategic advisor to law firms implementing and scaling Filevine's Legal Operating Intelligence System (LOIS).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in configuring and optimizing the Filevine platform to align with their operational workflows and business goals
- Managing platform administration tasks including user management, system updates, integrations, and data governance
- Leading workflow automation initiatives and process optimization projects with client teams
- Providing training and onboarding support to law firm staff at all levels
- Troubleshooting technical issues and serving as the primary point of contact for customer success
- Driving platform adoption across client organizations through strategic guidance and best-practice recommendations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Filevine's product, support, and sales teams to ensure customer success
- Traveling throughout the San Diego and Los Angeles area to meet with clients and conduct on-site training and implementations
The ideal candidate combines technical system administration expertise with hands-on SaaS platform experience, workflow automation knowledge, and a track record of successful implementations. You should be comfortable with both technical configuration and change management, capable of translating client needs into platform solutions, and skilled at building relationships with legal operations teams.
