As Field Service Manager, you will oversee field operations and service delivery for Mainspring's distributed power generation systems. This role involves managing field service teams, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction, coordinating maintenance schedules, and driving operational excellence across deployment sites. You will work directly with customers including utilities, data centers, and enterprise clients to ensure their power systems operate at peak performance. The position requires hands-on leadership, technical troubleshooting capability, and the ability to scale operations as the company expands its installed base. You will report to senior operations leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to optimize field performance and customer outcomes.
