Redis is seeking a Field Partner Leader to build and run the company's channel and distribution business across India, the Middle East, and Africa (MEA). This is a hands-on, individually-owned territory role covering the full partner ecosystem including distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers across three fast-growing, highly distinct regions.
You will own the distributor and partner strategy for the territory, tailoring your approach by sub-region and partner type while maintaining one coherent plan. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and managing coverage across all partner types to close white space; building and executing joint business plans (JBPs) with priority partners and distributors; running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track commitments, pipeline health, and performance; designing and delivering partner enablement in product, sales, and technical readiness; planning and executing partner GTM events such as regional roadshows and distributor summits; owning pipeline and forecast governance for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue; defining and tracking measurable partner performance metrics and holding partners accountable to targets; and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
The role is managed primarily remotely, with travel reserved for highest-impact engagements. You will report to the VP, Partner Sales, and be trusted to manage a large, diverse territory spanning very different market maturities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7–10 years of quota-carrying channel, partner sales, or distribution management experience, with direct experience managing partners across India, the Middle East, and/or Africa
- Demonstrated experience managing the full spectrum of partner types: distributors, resellers/VARs, system integrators, MSPs, and hyperscalers
- Track record of building and running distributor strategy, including partner recruitment, coverage planning, and lifecycle/performance management
- Proven ability to run joint business planning and QBR cadences that drive measurable partner performance
- Strong remote relationship-management skills; ability to build trust, drive accountability, and close deals with partners across multiple countries and cultures without heavy travel
- Experience owning pipeline and forecast governance with discipline to deliver accurate, timely forecasts
- Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and campaign/partner-program management experience
- Comfort operating independently across a broad, multi-country territory spanning different market maturities
- Executive presence; ability to represent Redis credibly with distributor and partner leadership
PLUS (nice-to-have):
- Existing relationships with distributors and partners across India, the GCC, and/or key African markets
- Experience selling or distributing infrastructure, database, or cloud/SaaS technology
- Familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell motions (AWS, Azure, GCP) alongside traditional distribution
- Experience launching or scaling a distributor network in an emerging or underpenetrated market
- Additional regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Arabic, French) beyond English
- Data-driven approach to prioritizing effort across a large, diverse set of partners and markets
