MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform used by over 13,000 customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo to reduce unplanned downtime and optimize operations across industrial and frontline teams. You will own end-to-end event execution for trade shows, conferences, and webinars that drive pipeline and revenue for MaintainX's frontline-operations buyer audience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, you'll be responsible for full-cycle logistics from vendor selection through post-show analysis and reporting. Key responsibilities include: - Running full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, including venue and vendor selection, on-site execution, and teardown - Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align every event around pipeline and revenue generation - Managing event budgets and vendor relationships while maintaining quality and controlling costs - Tracking performance against pipeline and engagement targets in Salesforce, Asana, and reporting tools; translating data into recommendations for future event strategy - Creating and distributing on-brand event marketing materials across all touchpoints - Working closely with sales and product marketing teams to build a track record of high-ROI events Within your first 6–12 months, you'll have demonstrated events that sales, marketing, and leadership recognize as clearly worth the investment. Requirements: - 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company - Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events - Comfortable owning an event budget and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief stakeholders and lead on-site - Highly organized; capable of managing multiple events in parallel without losing detail - Data-driven mindset; you track results and communicate them clearly - Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time across the US and Canada Nice-to-haves: - Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or startup/entrepreneurial environments
