MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. The platform manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders across industrial and frontline operations. You will own end-to-end event execution for trade shows, conferences, and webinars that drive pipeline and revenue for MaintainX's frontline-operations buyer audience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, you'll be the on-ground execution lead ensuring events convert to real business outcomes, not just brand awareness. Key responsibilities: - Run full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, from vendor and venue selection through on-site execution and teardown - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align every event around pipeline and revenue generation - Manage event budgets and vendor relationships while maintaining quality and controlling costs - Track performance against pipeline and engagement targets in Salesforce, Asana, and reporting tools; translate data into recommendations for future event strategy - Create and distribute on-brand event marketing materials across all touchpoints - Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to build a track record of events that leadership recognizes as clearly worth the investment Within your first 6–12 months, you'll have demonstrated measurable impact on pipeline attribution and event ROI. Requirements: - 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company - Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events - Comfortable owning an event budget and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief stakeholders and lead on-site - Highly organized; capable of managing multiple events in parallel without missing details - Data-driven mindset; track results and communicate what worked - Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time across the US and Canada Nice-to-haves: - Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or startup/entrepreneurial environments
