MaintainX, a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams (now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions as of August 2026), is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to own event execution end-to-end. The company serves 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo, managing 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. You will report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing and work alongside Sales and Product teams to ensure trade shows, conferences, webinars, and launches generate real pipeline and revenue, not just brand awareness. Key responsibilities: - Own full-cycle logistics for trade shows and conferences, from vendor selection through on-site execution and teardown - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align every event around pipeline and revenue goals - Manage event budgets and vendor relationships while maintaining quality and controlling costs - Track performance against pipeline and engagement targets in Salesforce, Asana, and reporting tools; provide data-driven recommendations on future event participation - Create and distribute on-brand event marketing materials across all touchpoints - Travel approximately 30% of the time across the US and Canada Within your first 6-12 months, you'll build a track record of events that sales reps, marketers, and leadership recognize as clearly worth the investment. The role offers real ownership over how MaintainX events show up in the market, with a culture that rewards output and trusts you to make decisions on the ground. You'll work on a product the industry already loves, with customers who renew and expand, backed by Autodesk's scale and resources while maintaining the startup mission of keeping the physical world running. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years running trade shows, conferences, or field events, ideally at a B2B SaaS company - Ability to quantitatively report on pipeline attribution from events - Comfortable owning an event budget and managing multiple vendor and venue relationships simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to brief stakeholders and run meetings on-site - Highly organized; capable of managing multiple events in parallel without missing details - Data-driven mindset; track what works and report on it - Valid passport and ability to travel roughly 30% of the time across the US and Canada Nice-to-haves: - Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or startup/entrepreneurial environments
