Dust is an AI-native platform that empowers enterprise teams to build, own, and run AI agents that coordinate work across their organization. Backed by Sequoia and founded by alumni from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford, Dust serves fast-moving companies like Datadog, 1Password, and Cursor, with 70%+ weekly active users and retention comparable to Slack and Notion.
As Field Marketing Specialist for France, you will be the execution owner for Dust's local marketing activities, reporting to the France Marketing Lead and working within a global marketing team. You will transform defined strategic priorities into high-quality events, localized webinars, social media campaigns, content, and partner marketing activations that directly support Sales, BDRs, and pipeline generation in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own execution of the French event and webinar programme: Plan and deliver conferences, Dust-owned events, and localized webinars. Coordinate preparation, stakeholders, content, landing pages, and logistics. Work closely with Sales and BDRs on target account preparation, follow-up plans, and event-related content. Collect feedback, measure performance, and document learnings after each activity.
• Own French social media and content activation: Execute social media for Dust around events, campaigns, and key French-market topics. Support Account Executives with relevant content and messaging for their LinkedIn activity. Coordinate with Global Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Design, and external media partners to deliver content for French enterprise audiences. Turn events, customer conversations, and market insights into reusable content including customer stories, blog posts, videos, YouTube content, and Sales assets.
• Support partner marketing and Growth programmes: Provide execution and logistical support for regional partner marketing activities. Support Growth with French-market content for ABM, webinars, and paid campaigns. Produce or reformat assets such as e-books, landing pages, customer content, and campaign materials. Connect event, content, and partner marketing activities to target account engagement and pipeline generation.
• Coordinate cross-functional Marketing initiatives: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks. Build Dust agents and workflows to support research, event preparation, content repurposing, Sales enablement, reporting, and follow-up.
What Makes This Role Unique:
You will have direct pipeline impact through events, content, and ABM activations. You own execution in France, turning strategic priorities into high-quality deliverables. You will use Dust itself to automate research, preparation, content production, reporting, and follow-up. The role combines events, content, social media, webinars, Sales enablement, and ABM. You will help establish Dust as a leading voice in the French enterprise and agentic AI market.
Dust prioritizes an in-person, office-first culture at its Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York offices, valuing the energy, fast decisions, and unexpected conversations that happen when talented people work closely together. That said, the company extends trust to strong judgment and allows flexibility to work from home when it makes sense for the work.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally across Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Content Marketing, or Product Marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• End-to-end event ownership with the ability to plan and deliver conferences, executive events, and company-owned events, from preparation through execution and post-event follow-up.
• Strong content and social media skills with experience creating or repurposing content for enterprise audiences across social media, landing pages, customer stories, YouTube, Sales enablement, and executive LinkedIn profiles.
• Commercial and pipeline mindset with a clear understanding of how events, content, and account-based activities support Sales, BDRs, direct pipeline, and partner-led growth.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken. Ability to write clearly and accurately, adapt tone to different audiences, and communicate credibly with enterprise executives.
• Generalist and hands-on approach. Comfortable moving between event ownership, content creation, Sales preparation, webinars, campaign assets, and operational coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to anticipate needs, manage deadlines reliably, and ensure projects, events, and content are properly prepared before launch.
• Self-starter mentality. Take initiative, make decisions, solve problems, and own outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to find and coordinate the right people across Marketing, Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, and external partners.
Nice to Have:
• Experience marketing to French enterprise or CAC 40 audiences.
• Experience working with agencies or media partners.
• Experience supporting paid campaigns.
• Experience producing webinars or video content.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Figma.
Location and Travel:
Based in Paris, comfortable working on-site and willing to travel occasionally for events in France.
