The company is reimagining enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a world where identities span humans, machines, and AI agents—addressing the fact that identity is now the number one attack vector in enterprise security.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will drive measurable pipeline through regional marketing programs. You'll own the full lifecycle of field marketing initiatives—events, partner co-marketing, community programs, and targeted campaigns—designed to reach security and IAM leaders. This is a hands-on role requiring deep understanding of how security buyers evaluate platforms and a track record of creating genuine business conversations.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing events (conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars) from strategy through post-event follow-up
- Own pipeline targets for your programs; track, report, and optimize performance against them
- Build and run partner co-marketing programs that extend Oak's reach across the identity and security ecosystem
- Develop community initiatives that position Oak as a trusted voice among IAM and security practitioners
- Partner with Sales and SDRs to align programs to target accounts and ensure rapid, effective lead follow-up
- Manage event and program budgets, vendors, and sponsorship relationships
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to tailor messaging to different audiences (CISOs, identity engineers, etc.)
You will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B field marketing experience
- Background in the security industry with solid understanding of how security buyers research and purchase solutions
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline through events and partner programs
- Experience running programs end-to-end, including budgeting, logistics, and measurement
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Nice to have:
- Experience in IAM, IGA, or identity security
- Existing relationships in the security and identity partner ecosystem
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools for campaign tracking
