Sharp Performance is an early-stage, venture-backed healthtech company serving first responders and their families through confidential coaching from people with lived experience in law enforcement, firefighting, and frontline professions. The company connects these professionals with coaches who understand the job because they have lived it, delivered through a mobile platform.
As a Field Implementation Specialist, you will be the on-ground representative executing Sharp's rollout system inside police departments, fire departments, and other first-responder agencies. This is a full-time, travel-intensive role where you will be the face of Sharp Performance during critical customer onboarding moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Sharp's rollout system onsite with precision, leading sessions and managing setup/breakdown
- Earn trust and credibility quickly with command staff and frontline personnel within the first ten minutes of arrival
- Deliver the first impression of Sharp Performance; your communication, composure, and professionalism directly shape how departments perceive the platform
- Read the room, adjust approach as needed, and maintain high standards throughout each deployment
- Complete post-rollout documentation and handoffs to the Customer Success Manager, capturing what worked and what needs follow-up
- Provide field feedback to product, coaching, and leadership teams to inform product development and service improvements
Travel & Cadence:
This role is built for the road. Expect approximately three weeks per month traveling to customer departments. The deployment framework includes:
- No more than 16 consecutive days of travel before a mandatory home week
- Maximum of 11 travel weeks per quarter
- Non-deployment blocks longer than five business days require 30 days' notice
You will operate independently, make decisions without waiting for perfect clarity, and own the customer experience from arrival to departure.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You thrive in this role if you stay composed under high expectations with shifting variables, communicate with clarity and conviction to both leadership and frontline personnel, treat travel as part of the job rather than an inconvenience, prefer ownership over supervision, care deeply about serving those who serve others, and are comfortable presenting to audiences that may not initially engage with you.
Requirements:
The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education, or certifications required. Qualifications are implied through the candidate profile section, which emphasizes composure under pressure, clear communication, independent decision-making, comfort with extensive travel, and genuine commitment to serving first responders.
