CoreWeave is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to own and grow strategic partner relationships with tier-one technology partners including NVIDIA, AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of business development and go-to-market execution. You will serve as the primary field liaison for a portfolio of strategic partners, building and maintaining executive-level relationships across business development and sales stakeholders. You'll develop and manage joint business plans, including co-sell targets, enablement milestones, and GTM initiatives, and represent CoreWeave at partner QBRs, field events, and executive briefings. Key responsibilities include driving co-sell and influence pipeline in collaboration with CoreWeave's field sales team and partner managers, identifying and accelerating joint opportunities from sourcing through close. You'll develop territory-level partner plans aligned to regional sales priorities and work with partner field teams to ensure CoreWeave is embedded in customer conversations and solution architectures. You will lead enablement sessions, workshops, and technical briefings to ensure partner sales and technical teams can effectively position CoreWeave solutions. You'll develop joint solution plays and reference architectures in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product Marketing, maintaining deep understanding of CoreWeave's product portfolio and competitive differentiation. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate new partnership opportunities, contribute to partner program development including tier frameworks and incentives, and track partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics. You'll provide field-level feedback to central teams on partner needs, gaps, and competitive dynamics. Required qualifications include 6+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or related field-facing roles at cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies. You must have demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships with hyperscalers or major technology ecosystem partners, proven track record of driving partner-influenced revenue and executing co-sell motions, strong executive presence, and exceptional communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience at NVIDIA, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure in partner or alliances capacity, background in GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, or MLOps, and familiarity with cloud co-sell programs.
