Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Manager to join its European Feasibility Department. This fully remote role is available to candidates in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
The Feasibility Manager delivers evidence-based feasibility assessments for clinical trial engagements across pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone phases. The role combines clinical and scientific interpretation with operational intelligence and data analysis to develop country, site, patient-pool, and recruitment recommendations.
Key responsibilities include leading or contributing to feasibility assessments for client RFPs; reviewing clinical protocols and operational plans for US and global trials; conducting competitive landscape, recruitment, epidemiology, and patient-pool analyses; translating evidence into clear recommendations; developing transparent rationales for assumptions; presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients; collaborating with colleagues, consultants, data partners, and investigators; planning and analyzing site outreach; participating in bid-defense meetings; and contributing to the development of feasibility methods and best practices.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline; at least two years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, or clinical research; experience conducting or contributing to feasibility analysis and site/country identification; ability to interpret clinical, scientific, and operational information; professional English proficiency.
Preferred qualifications include postgraduate degree in life sciences, public health, epidemiology, or data science; experience supporting global clinical trials; experience in oncology or rare disease programs; client presentation experience; familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence platforms or real-world data sources.
