Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Feasibility Manager to join its European Feasibility Department. This fully remote role is available to candidates in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia. The position combines clinical and scientific interpretation with operational intelligence and data analysis to deliver evidence-based feasibility assessments for clinical trials.
You will be responsible for leading or contributing to feasibility assessments across pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone engagements. Key responsibilities include reviewing clinical protocols and study assumptions, conducting competitive landscape and recruitment analyses, synthesizing epidemiological and country-specific data, and translating evidence into clear site selection, enrollment, and operational recommendations. You will present findings to internal stakeholders and clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development and Clinical Operations, and coordinate targeted site and investigator outreach as needed.
The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize multiple evidence sources, and excellent communication abilities. You will develop transparent rationales for feasibility assumptions, identify data limitations and risks, and contribute to the continued development of feasibility methods and best practices within the organization. You'll work across therapeutic areas and geographic regions in a matrix environment.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, or clinical research, and professional proficiency in English. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree, experience supporting global clinical trials, expertise in oncology or rare disease programs, and familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence platforms.
Essential skills include advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and stakeholders; excellent presentation skills; and working knowledge of ICH-GCP principles.
