Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Manager to join its European Feasibility Department. This fully remote role is available across the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia. The position combines clinical and scientific interpretation with operational intelligence and data analysis to deliver evidence-based feasibility assessments for clinical trials.
The Feasibility Manager will lead or contribute to feasibility assessments across pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone engagements. Key responsibilities include reviewing clinical protocols and study assumptions, conducting competitive landscape and recruitment analyses, synthesizing epidemiological and operational data, and translating evidence into clear country, site, enrollment, and operational recommendations. The role requires developing transparent rationales for assumptions, identifying data limitations and feasibility risks, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
You will collaborate across functions with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Medical teams, external consultants, data partners, investigators, and sites to gather and interpret feasibility information. Additional responsibilities include planning and analyzing targeted site and investigator outreach, participating in bid-defense meetings, and contributing to the development of feasibility methods, tools, and best practices.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, site intelligence, epidemiology, or clinical research, and demonstrated ability to interpret clinical and scientific information. Professional English proficiency is essential. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree, experience supporting global clinical trials, expertise in oncology or rare disease programs, and familiarity with clinical-trial intelligence platforms.
Key skills include strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, confidence with web-based data platforms, and working knowledge of ICH-GCP principles.
