ByteDance is seeking a Fashion Non-Apparel Business Development Lead for its e-commerce platform in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving growth within the fashion marketplace by acquiring and supporting high-value sellers and brands. You will be responsible for identifying and incubating both emerging brands and established marketplace sellers that contribute significantly to category GMV. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic relationships with brands and sellers, negotiating favorable terms based on seasonal campaigns and business opportunities, and crafting growth strategies tailored to each managed partner. You will create and execute growth initiatives such as brand-focused promotional days, seasonal campaigns, competitive pricing strategies, and livestream events. You will also maintain service quality standards across your managed portfolio—monitoring cancellation rates, return rates, shipping times, and other metrics that directly impact conversion and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may serve as the point of contact for ad-hoc cluster projects as business needs evolve. This is a high-impact role requiring strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution capability in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong attention to detail, comfort with data and numbers, logical problem-solving ability - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Preferred: direct experience with sports brands, content strategy expertise (especially livestream), proven track record as a collaborative team player, fast learner adaptable to change, and established connections with brands and major sellers
