Isar Aerospace, a fast-growing space launch company, is seeking a Facility Access Management Specialist to join the corporate security team. You will be responsible for developing and managing physical access control systems across the company's facilities, ensuring the protection of employees, infrastructure, and sensitive information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing access regulations, restrictions, and procedures for employees
- Creating and classifying access zones by sensitivity level, evaluating departmental needs, and assigning appropriate access profiles
- Developing visitor registration and management processes in coordination with technical systems, security guards, and reception services
- Managing the setup and production of ID cards for employees and external personnel
- Scaling access and visitor management systems globally as the company expands to new sites
- Investigating physical access data for incidents, misconduct, and statistical analysis
- Ensuring compliance with local data protection, safety, and security regulations
You will take a holistic approach to access management, proactively developing systems that maintain full control over facility entry and operations while supporting the company's rapid growth in the aerospace sector.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, process management, project management, information security, or related field with initial practical experience; OR trained administration professional with several years of experience
- First experience in access and visitor management, preferably in production or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with access and visitor management systems, tools, and processes
- Strong knowledge of process and information management
- Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
Bonus qualifications:
- Project management experience in critical infrastructure sectors
