Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Explosive Engineering & Operations Team designs and tests complex munitions systems, transitioning them from prototype to production across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will lead Anduril's efforts to achieve munition, warhead, and fuzing certification by chaperoning programs through relevant review entities (WSERB, FISTRP, SSSTRP) and building enduring relationships with these regulatory bodies. You will create, review, manage, and present critical documentation packages to internal teams, customers, and fuze/safety boards. Your work ensures that safety and certification information is accurate and thorough by engaging with technical and business line teams.
You will plan and document testing, analysis, and review milestones to take a proactive approach and minimize the timeline through the review process. This role requires deep expertise in explosives safety engineering, regulatory compliance, and the ability to navigate complex government certification pathways. You'll be at the intersection of engineering excellence and regulatory strategy, ensuring that cutting-edge ordnance technology meets all safety and compliance requirements before deployment.
