Contabilizei, an accounting and business services platform, is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to lead operational improvements and process innovation. You will drive continuous improvement across the organization, optimize technology and human resources, and elevate customer experience by solving problems at their root cause.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate your team through 1:1 meetings and training programs focused on service delivery efficiency
- Drive innovation and automation of services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage strategic KPIs and indicators to ensure maximum quality in deliverables
- Diagnose operational risks and direct team priorities with agile decision-making
- Embed a continuous improvement culture through agile workflows that address root causes
- Act as a promoter of organizational evolution and operational excellence
You will work Monday–Friday, 1 PM–10 PM (Brazil time), in a fully remote role. The company emphasizes psychological safety, diversity and inclusion, and a collaborative culture where every team member (called "Guardians") has agency and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Proven experience in customer relationships, customer success, and people management
- Track record implementing new areas and structuring customer portfolios
- Proficiency with support/ticketing software (Jira, Zendesk, Twilio) and productivity tools (Office or G-Suite)
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1 PM–10 PM
- Desirable: Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
