Beautiful Destinations is a multi-award-winning travel marketing company that bridges travel, creator communities, and technology. Founded as an Instagram account in 2012, the company now reaches 50M+ travelers and works with a network of 500+ creators, filmmakers, and storytellers globally. The company partners with tourism boards, hotel groups, and travel brands to create content across the entire traveler journey, backed by an AI-enabled platform and over a decade of travel performance data. You will be Beautiful Destinations' senior production and delivery leader for the Middle East region, based in Dubai. The Middle East is the company's largest market and is positioned for significant growth. Your core responsibility is owning delivery of the region's entire program of work, which centers on a year-round creator academy running alongside flagship campaigns for major clients. Key responsibilities include: leading delivery of the Middle East program while managing 2–3 concurrent campaigns and maintaining the always-on academy; transforming newly sold projects into detailed plans (brief, timing, scope, budget, production approach) before handing off to producers; leading, coaching, and supporting Lead Producers and producers on day-to-day delivery, stepping in when productions need senior guidance; serving as the trusted delivery partner for senior clients in meetings, calls, and on-set; thinking strategically across the entire program to move budget effectively, build longer-term supplier relationships, and shape team structure; delivering strong margins with clear budget tracking and understanding of value creation/erosion; collaborating with Creative and Creators to select the right talent for each brief and maintaining a point of view on work quality; managing feasibility, permitting, insurance, and compliance across the region; and leading initiatives to advance the company, such as developing AI prompt packs for editors or automating release forms. On a typical week, you might check in with the Lead Producer running the academy, stand beside a senior client on a campaign shoot, scope a newly landed campaign, and shape a proposal for a future project. Once a plan and budget are locked, you own the production—making calls on spend, timing, and contracts, and providing experience and calm leadership when live productions need it. The company measures success on whether clients would recommend them, whether content is cinematic and stops people in their tracks (or social content that drives action), and whether process, technology, or AI creates competitive advantage. Your role is to keep those scores rising across everything you touch. Full relocation support is provided. Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting.
