Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking an experienced Executive Operations Partner to join its People Operations team. This role provides proactive administrative and operational support to multiple C-Suite executives, working alongside four other EOPs to ensure the executive team is well-coordinated, informed, and focused on strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and document preparation - Serve as a trusted partner and representative for executives, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on priorities - Coordinate and host on-site meetings and visits, managing catering, guest relations, and meeting space setup - Manage competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion - Partner with the broader EA team to ensure seamless communication, scheduling alignment, and support coverage across the executive suite - Anticipate logistical and operational needs, identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute proactively - Support cross-functional coordination between executives and their teams, acting as a connector and communicator - Adapt to shifting priorities and feedback while maintaining professionalism and composure The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and brings structure and organization to the dynamic pace of a scaling company. The company is designing and building commercially viable fusion power plants to accelerate the transition to clean energy. Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct support to multiple executives at C-suite or senior leadership level - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team - High emotional intelligence (EQ): able to read a room, build trust quickly, and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy - Reputation for reliability, discretion, and sound judgment - Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Teams - Ability to perform activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods - Dedication to safety and awareness of industrial hazards (heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, cryogenics) - Willingness to travel or work required nights, weekends, or on-call occasionally
