Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions, is seeking an Executive in Finance to join their growing team in Bengaluru. This role sits at the intersection of financial operations and strategic business insights, requiring someone who can manage a larger finance team while driving operational excellence and automation across the function.
You will own critical financial responsibilities including month-end close reporting for revenue, P&L review with strong variance analysis, balance sheet closing and consolidation, and revenue assurance. Your analytical capabilities will be essential as you explore automation opportunities across all finance areas, understand unit economics, and provide actionable business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing the accounts receivable function, handling direct and indirect taxation matters, implementing and adhering to key control activities, and ensuring timely audit closure. You'll work closely with various business partners and stakeholders, making independent decisions while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and work ethics.
This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional with 3-4 years of accounts receivable experience who is ready to step into a leadership role. Experience in payment gateways or aggregators is highly valued. You must be proficient in SAP HANA and comfortable with the fast-paced, ownership-driven culture at Razorpay, where autonomy, transparency, and continuous learning are core values. The role offers exposure to a high-growth fintech platform serving India's largest enterprises and over 100 unicorns.
