Mollie, a fast-growing European fintech founded in 2004, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Product Officer. With 250,000+ companies using its all-in-one payments and money management platform, Mollie is scaling rapidly across 12+ locations with 900+ employees. In this role, you'll serve as the organizational glue connecting the CPO and Product & Delivery leadership team. You'll balance executive support with operational project management, ensuring alignment, focus, and execution across product and engineering teams during a critical growth phase. Key responsibilities include: - Calendar, travel, and administrative support to keep the CPO organized and focused on priorities - Meeting management: prepare agendas, take detailed notes, follow up on action items, and ensure stakeholders come prepared for decision-making - Operational excellence: manage timelines, dependencies, and accountability across the P&D leadership team to prevent bottlenecks - Executive communications: manage email on behalf of the CPO and draft executive communications, leveraging AI tools - Event and workshop facilitation: organize leadership offsites and internal events to drive alignment - Connector role: build trust and strong relationships between the CPO, P&D leadership, and broader organization, ensuring clear information flow and alignment - AI-first approach: champion AI tools adoption and help the team integrate new technologies into workflows You'll work in a fast-paced, international environment with direct exposure to high-level product strategy and leadership decision-making.
