Twitch, the world's largest live streaming platform, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will be part of a dynamic EBP team within the Community Trust organization, which focuses on fostering environments where streamers and communities thrive while reducing harm and ensuring accessible support.
In this role, you will manage complex calendaring and events based on executive and team priorities, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. You will create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external stakeholders. You'll gain deep knowledge of the team and Twitch's business operations, serving as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel and accommodations, managing expense reporting and approvals on behalf of executives, and collaborating with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external organizations. On the team support side, you will manage attendees, agendas, and logistics for all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, conferences), while anticipating conflicts. You'll develop processes to improve the Rhythm of Business and manage its implementation across the organization. Additionally, you will manage logistics and strategic coordination of operational planning, including Amazon strategic deliverables, organizational budgeting, headcount planning, and space planning. You'll sit in on executive meetings to capture notes and key decisions, and serve as a Twitch culture ambassador.
You can work from Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or New York, NY.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with 5+ concurrent workstreams

- Proven ability to influence without authority—building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes through trust rather than positional power
- Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels (IC through Director+), across organizations, and across competing priorities; judgment about when to escalate, negotiate, or move forward
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex work into clear, concise updates for any audience, from Slack threads to executive briefings
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative orientation; ability to build trust quickly upwards, downwards, and across teams; leading with empathy and understanding that relationships are the foundation of influence
BONUS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with Twitch as a viewer or creator
- Experience in gaming or entertainment industry
