Twitch, the world's largest live streaming platform, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will be part of a dynamic EBP team within the Community Trust organization, which focuses on fostering environments where streamers and communities thrive while reducing harm and ensuring accessible support. In this role, you will manage complex calendaring and scheduling for executives, create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership and their extended teams. You will coordinate domestic and international travel, manage expense reporting, and work collaboratively with other EBPs across Twitch and Amazon. Key responsibilities include managing attendees, agendas, and logistics for recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, conferences); developing processes to improve Rhythm of Business; managing operational planning logistics including Amazon strategic deliverables, organizational budgeting, headcount planning, and space planning; sitting in on executive meetings to capture notes and decisions; and serving as a Twitch culture ambassador. You will work in a cross-functional environment managing multiple concurrent workstreams. The role requires strong organizational skills, high responsiveness, and the ability to extend beyond traditional administrative duties into project management and operational coordination. You can work from Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or New York, NY. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with 5+ concurrent workstreams - Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability - Proven ability to influence without authority—building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes through trust rather than positional power - Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels (IC through Director+), across organizations, and across competing priorities; knowing when to escalate, negotiate, or move forward - Strong written and verbal communication—able to distill complex work into clear, concise updates for any audience - High emotional intelligence and collaborative orientation; ability to build trust quickly and lead with empathy BONUS: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Familiarity with Twitch as viewer or creator - Experience in gaming or entertainment industry
