Twilio is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support senior executives within the Enterprise Technology organization. This is a strategic operations role that goes well beyond traditional administrative support. You will develop deep understanding of the organization's business strategy, technology initiatives, and key priorities, using that context to anticipate executive needs, manage competing demands, and help leaders operate more effectively.
You will serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, proactively managing their time and attention while exercising sound judgment and taking ownership of work even when direction is ambiguous. You will build strong relationships with executive leadership, their direct reports, and administrative partners across the organization, serving as a central point of coordination and insight.
Key responsibilities include: developing deep organizational knowledge and using it to inform decisions; serving as a thought partner to executives with informed input on risks and priorities; strategically managing complex executive calendars by evaluating requests, resolving conflicts, and protecting time for critical work; making sound independent decisions on behalf of executives; managing domestic and international travel and expenses; serving as a key contact for executives' teams and facilitating cross-organizational coordination; translating executive priorities into action by tracking commitments and driving accountability; supporting key projects by gathering information and ensuring stakeholder alignment; drafting executive communications and presentation materials; managing leadership meeting cadences including agenda development and decision capture; leading end-to-end planning of executive offsites, summits, and strategic planning sessions; organizing special events and high-visibility meetings; analyzing team feedback to provide executives with useful insights; identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operating practices; and handling sensitive information with exceptional discretion.
The role requires approximately 5-10% travel to connect in-person with customers and colleagues. Twilio is a remote-first company, though you may be asked to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings.
