Gimlet Labs is building the first multi-silicon neocloud designed for fast, efficient AI inference. The company combines large-scale compute infrastructure with an execution platform that partitions AI workloads and maps each stage to the hardware best suited to run it.
As an Executive Business Partner, you will support Gimlet's executive leadership team as the company scales. You will develop a deep understanding of each executive's priorities, responsibilities, and working style, then serve as a trusted liaison ensuring information and decisions flow efficiently across the leadership team.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics; anticipating executive needs and removing operational friction; triaging communications and drafting polished responses to investors and external partners; tracking commitments and action items; improving administrative workflows and systems; and coordinating leadership meetings, company events, and offsites.
You should have experience supporting multiple executives or senior leaders in a startup or fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, particularly when engaging professionally with investors and external stakeholders. You must demonstrate sound judgment handling confidential matters, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
Ideal candidates may also have experience supporting founders or fast-growing executive teams, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, working with investors and board members, building administrative systems, or planning leadership meetings and company events.
This role is based in Gimlet's San Francisco office and requires consistent on-site presence. In the first 12-18 months, you will establish yourself as a trusted operational partner who brings structure to ambiguity and enables the executive team to remain focused on the company's most important work.
