OpenAI is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the GM and VP of Sales for APAC, based in Singapore. This is a high-trust operational role focused on enabling executive leadership across the Asia-Pacific region, with particular emphasis on India-specific priorities and coordination between regional teams and HQ. Key responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars and travel logistics across multiple time zones, coordinating internal and external communications, maintaining operating rhythms that keep leaders and teams aligned, and serving as a key point of contact for HQ executives visiting the region. The role requires excellent judgment, discretion, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining precision in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in cross-functional executive assistant or similar support roles, with a track record of successfully supporting multiple leaders in hard tech startups or comparable environments. Required qualifications include fluency in both Hindi and English, deep familiarity with APAC markets and US-based HQ collaboration, and strong cross-cultural emotional intelligence. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional operational rigor—able to run cadences, track priorities, and maintain alignment across time zones—and be comfortable supporting complex international travel. Success in this role requires strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, rock-solid discretion and confidentiality practices, diplomatic judgment, and genuine interest in AI technology and its transformative potential. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and modern productivity tools is essential, along with eagerness to learn new platforms. The role operates on a hybrid model with three days in-office per week at the Singapore location.
