You will serve as Executive Assistant to the Head of Marketing, owning the operational rhythm of the marketing organization. This role extends far beyond calendar management—you'll be a strategic operational partner ensuring the leader and team stay coordinated, prepared, and focused on priorities. Key responsibilities include: managing complex calendars with shifting priorities; preparing the Head of Marketing for every meeting with agendas, materials, and context; coordinating recurring operating cadences (marketing reviews, leadership meetings, campaign planning, all-hands); managing executive inbox and communications triage; coordinating domestic and international travel; planning team offsites and celebrations; and continuously improving operational processes. You'll partner closely with senior marketing leadership and serve as a trusted coordination point for employees, customers, agencies, vendors, candidates, and external partners. Success requires exceptional organization, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage many moving pieces in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years supporting senior leaders (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing) in high-growth tech, venture capital, or professional services. You understand marketing organization dynamics, campaign cycles, and go-to-market rhythms. You excel at managing complex calendars, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting executive events. You're proactive, resourceful, highly autonomous, and thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly. Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, and a demonstrated sense of ownership are essential.
