Isar Aerospace, a fast-growing space technology company building sustainable launch solutions for small and medium-sized satellites, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff. You will serve as the organizational backbone of the CEO Office, managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across a demanding and dynamic schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Chief of Staff's calendar, meetings, priorities and key deadlines, proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating upcoming needs - Coordinate internal and external meetings with members of the Executive Leadership Team, senior stakeholders and key partners - Prepare meetings, agendas and briefing materials and ensure effective follow-up on decisions, commitments and action items - Keep track of key commitments, open topics and follow-ups across the CEO Office - Coordinate information and inputs from different functions to ensure the Chief of Staff is well prepared for meetings and decisions - Support the preparation and coordination of internal presentations, reports and management materials - Organize CEO Office routines, leadership formats, travel and selected company-wide meetings - Provide hands-on support for selected initiatives and special projects led by the Chief of Staff - Ensure that information, decisions and follow-ups flow efficiently between the CEO Office and the wider organization - Identify organizational gaps or bottlenecks and proactively help resolve them - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion - Continuously improve processes and ways of working within the CEO Office You are exceptionally organized, reliable and proactive. You enjoy enabling a senior leader to operate at their best, creating structure around a demanding schedule and working confidently with people across different functions and levels of seniority. Requirements: - Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a comparable executive support role; experience in an Executive or CEO Office is a strong advantage - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills - A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership - The ability to keep track of multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders across the organization - Strong proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools, including PowerPoint - Attention to detail combined with the ability to understand broader organizational priorities - High levels of reliability, professionalism and discretion - The ability to remain calm and effective when priorities change at short notice - A hands-on attitude and willingness to take responsibility beyond a narrowly defined job description - Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
