Nift is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO. This is a high-impact, non-traditional administrative role operating at the speed and altitude of a high-performing executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a complex, dynamic executive calendar, weighing competing priorities and making judgment calls on the CEO's behalf
- Serve as primary gatekeeper for the CEO's time, controlling access and ensuring all requests arrive with full context
- Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including detailed itineraries, contingency planning, and real-time adjustments
- Prepare the CEO for all engagements through day-ahead and week-ahead briefings, background research, and meeting materials
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, DTC brands, board members, and investors on the CEO's behalf
- Support high-stakes deliverables including board presentations, client-facing decks, and executive communications
- Streamline decision-making processes and drive operational efficiency across the CEO's office
- Manage both professional and personal logistics with equal discretion, including personal calendar, vacation planning, and administrative needs

Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years supporting a VP-or-above executive at a tech startup or VC firm
- BS/BA preferred
- Strong bias toward action: takes initiative, works autonomously, hunts down answers and data to solve problems
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and composure under pressure
- High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building instincts and clear written/verbal communication
- Outstanding organization and follow-through managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Adaptability when plans change last-minute with an optimistic outlook
- Fluency with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, structured email workflows)
- Flexibility to be generally reachable outside standard hours and across time zones
