Serve as the main contact for building management, office vendors, and service providers. Greet and host visitors, customers, and candidates. Coordinate new hire setup for the in-office experience in partnership with People and IT. Plan and run team lunches, celebrations, and in-office events. **Special Projects & Operations:** Own special projects for the CEO from start to finish. Process the CEO's expenses and help manage vendors and personal-business logistics. Identify ways to improve how the CEO and leadership team work and put better systems in place.
