Imprint is a fintech company that modernizes co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences. Backed by top-tier VCs (Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, Khosla Ventures), Imprint is scaling rapidly with over 220 employees and nearly doubling revenue year-over-year. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a strategic, high-leverage role—not a traditional administrative position. You will serve as the CEO's right hand, managing complexity and keeping the company's operating rhythm smooth. The CEO is deeply involved across product, partnerships, fundraising, board governance, and culture, and this role ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Key responsibilities include: - Manage and optimize a complex, fast-moving calendar across multiple time zones, balancing internal meetings, board commitments, investor conversations, partner meetings, and personal time. Make daily judgment calls about prioritization, rescheduling, and declining requests. - Coordinate all logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and partner events: materials preparation, room setup, travel, attendee communications, and follow-up. - Manage all domestic and international travel end-to-end (flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, contingency plans). - Serve as gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, investors, board members, and stakeholders. - Track and follow up on action items, commitments, and deliverables from meetings and conversations. - Support preparation for key company moments: all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, major announcements. - Handle light personal tasks as needed during high-intensity periods. - Proactively identify and implement improvements to the CEO's office operations, systems, tools, and workflows. You will be based in the New York City office and expected to be in-office when the CEO is present, which is most days. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years directly supporting a CEO or Founder at a high-growth technology or fintech company. Must have supported an executive through rapid scaling. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; manage complexity with ease and maintain systems for everything. - Impeccable judgment and discretion; will be exposed to highly sensitive information across the business. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft emails, messages, and documents reflecting the CEO's voice and standards. - High ownership mentality; proactive problem-solving and self-direction; pride in running tight operations and holding yourself to an extremely high bar. - Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities; ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize without drama. - Genuine love for the Executive Assistant function as a craft and career, not a stepping stone; deep satisfaction in making your executive more effective. - Proficiency with modern productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ability to quickly adopt new tools and AI-powered workflows. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience supporting a CEO through fundraising rounds, board processes, or IPO. - Familiarity with fintech, financial services, or payments. - Experience at a company with 100–500 employees during rapid growth.
