Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by a Composable CDP, enabling marketing teams to build and ship end-to-end campaigns with AI assistance. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch is a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader trusted by enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, and Ramp. You'll serve as Executive Assistant to the revenue leadership team, acting as the operating engine that keeps the sales organization running smoothly. Reporting to the CRO's Chief of Staff, you'll partner closely with multiple sales leaders to drive velocity and execution across a rapidly scaling revenue function. Key responsibilities include: **Quarterly Business Reviews & Offsites**: Own end-to-end logistics for multiple QBRs and team offsites across the organization—venues, travel, hotels, catering, activities, run-of-show, and materials. You're the single source of truth ensuring leaders arrive prepared and leave with everything handled. **Operating Rhythm**: Consolidate agendas, coordinate presenters, track takeaways, and ensure follow-up for recurring meetings across three sales organizations—team meetings, forecast/pipeline calls, enablement series, and leadership meetings. Convert decisions into executed actions. **Meeting Follow-Through**: Transform 1:1 and forecast-call outputs into tracked next steps. Drive loose ends to completion, send communications, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. **Executive Support**: Protect calendars, triage priorities, manage expenses, and handle logistics so leaders focus on selling and building rather than coordinating. **Strategic Contributions**: Draft agendas, briefings, and outreach in a leader's voice. Help build OKR accountability cadences and other programs that keep goals front and center. You thrive in complex logistics without dropping threads, close loops proactively, write like an operator, and have experience in high-velocity sales, GTM, or startup environments. You're trusted with sensitive information (calendars, compensation, recruiting, deal details) and are fluent in modern GTM tools—Slack, calendar/inbox systems, CRM, meeting-notes platforms—and increasingly comfortable leveraging AI to move faster.
