GoFundMe is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple VPs within the Product and Technology organization. This hybrid role (3 days/week in San Francisco office) is central to enabling senior leadership to operate at peak effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: **Executive Support & Calendar Management**: Manage complex, multi-timezone calendars for multiple VPs, balancing competing priorities and protecting focus time. Coordinate leadership meetings, cross-functional reviews, external engagements, and interviews. Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical obstacles. **Meetings, Communications & Follow-Through**: Prepare comprehensive briefing packets and meeting materials. Draft professional internal communications, memos, and meeting recaps. Track commitments and action items across teams. Serve as liaison between executives, their teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and timely communication. **Travel, Expenses & Logistics**: Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries. Process expense reports and purchase requests. Manage logistics for internal/external events, leadership offsites, and high-visibility engagements, partnering with vendors on venues, catering, technology, and attendee communications. **Project & Team Operations**: Coordinate priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Data functions. Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates. Establish effective operating rhythms for leadership meetings and planning cycles. Surface risks early and drive timely follow-through. Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives in fast-paced, global technology environments. You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity. You exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, handle confidential information, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
