You will serve as Executive Assistant to Sierra's Head of Product & Agent Development, supporting a rapidly scaling product, engineering, and design organization. This is a high-impact role requiring deep partnership with a senior executive leading complex, global teams.
Key responsibilities include: proactively managing the executive's complex calendar, meetings, and international travel across EMEA and APAC time zones; anticipating needs and independently resolving conflicts when priorities shift; preparing comprehensive briefing materials and organizational context for meetings; coordinating domestic and international travel logistics with meticulous attention to detail; managing recruiting events, customer meetings, and external speaking engagements; drafting internal and external correspondence as a credible organizational representative; collaborating with cross-functional partners and other executive assistants to ensure alignment; planning leadership meetings, team off-sites, and operating rhythms; and establishing scalable administrative systems for a rapidly evolving organization.
You will need 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including direct C-suite support in complex or global organizations. Product, engineering, or technology executive support in fast-paced environments is essential. You must have demonstrated expertise coordinating frequent international travel and meetings across multiple time zones, proven ability to build and scale administrative systems, and exceptional judgment operating independently. Strong organizational skills, relationship-building capabilities, high integrity, and discretion with confidential information are critical. Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack is required, along with willingness to work on-site in San Francisco four days per week with flexibility for global meetings.
