You will serve as Executive Assistant & Office Manager, partnering directly with the CEO as the primary leverage on their time. Your responsibilities span three interconnected domains:
Executive Support: Own the CEO's calendar, inbox triage, travel logistics, and meeting preparation to ensure their focus remains on highest-priority work. Handle sensitive communications and information with discretion and sound judgment.
Office Operations: Run the day-to-day of the New York office, managing vendors, supplies, and facilities. Build relationships and maintain a welcoming, well-stocked workspace. Plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and offsites that strengthen office culture and make NYC an attractive place to work.
People Operations: Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including device provisioning and collection. Maintain HRIS accuracy and people systems. Collaborate with Finance, People, and the founding team on expense tracking, budgets, and operational systems.
You will build and improve administrative systems and processes that scale with the company, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively. This role requires operating comfortably in ambiguity, context-switching quickly, and staying calm when priorities shift.
