InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company founded in 2023 that has raised nearly $100 million. The company builds Lily™, an AI Forward Deployed Engineer that learns how businesses work, builds needed software, and goes live in days. Lily runs in cloud, on-premise, or edge environments through InstaLILY's Small Data Center built with NVIDIA technology. The company serves leading operators in construction, industrial distribution, logistics, healthcare, and other operationally intensive industries, including SRS Distribution (Home Depot family), United Rentals, and Henry Schein. Revenue has grown 5x over the past year, with Lily driving over $200M in new annual sales for a single customer. You will join the Founders' Office to support senior leadership. The role involves managing complex executive calendars end-to-end, coordinating domestic and international travel with meticulous attention to detail, and ensuring executives are prepared for customer, partner, and leadership interactions with proper context and materials. You will track meeting commitments, decisions, owners and deadlines to ensure important loops close. You will triage incoming requests and communications, draft executive-ready messages, and escalate issues appropriately. Cross-functional coordination across Growth, Sales, Finance, People, and Engineering will be essential to resolve conflicts and keep work moving. You will help execute leadership meetings, customer engagements, offsites, and high-priority initiatives. You will identify recurring friction points and build better systems using modern software, automation, and AI tools thoughtfully. The company operates on three principles: Customers, Culture, and Code. Work happens in small teams with real ownership, clear problems, direct customer access, and room to ship. Your impact will be visible in live production systems inside billion-dollar operations.
