Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. Following a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, the company is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint and scaling its Factory-as-a-Service platform.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of support for one or more executives across multiple functions. You will own complex, high-volume calendar management across competing internal and external priorities, and plan and manage end-to-end travel for both domestic and international engagements, including hybrid in-office and on-the-road itineraries. You will act as both gatekeeper and connector by triaging incoming requests and communications while keeping the right people in the loop without being asked.
Key responsibilities include producing polished presentations, reports, briefing documents, and internal documentation for leadership; driving meeting operations front to back with pre-reads, agendas, clear notes, and tracked follow-ups; helping plan and execute executive team events and external onsite visits; and taking on personal and ad hoc tasks when it meaningfully protects executive bandwidth with discretion. You will operate comfortably in ambiguity with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and competing demands, and flex as the role evolves with the company's scaling.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Natural problem-solver who is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping nothing from slipping through the cracks
- Emotionally intelligent and able to build trust and rapport with senior leaders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and modern productivity software
- Driven, curious, and eager to take on more responsibility over time
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
