Turing is an AI-focused company headquartered in San Francisco that works with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and research benchmarks. The company also partners with Fortune 500 enterprises to build and deploy agentic AI systems in mission-critical workflows. You will serve as Executive Assistant to three Domain General Managers within Turing's R&D organization, providing executive, administrative, and operational support across a globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars and coordinate priorities for three Domain GMs across multiple time zones, teams, and stakeholders - Own complex scheduling and resolve conflicts based on business priorities - Protect focus time for executives while ensuring critical meetings and relationships receive appropriate attention - Anticipate scheduling issues, maintain visibility into commitments, and track important follow-ups - Coordinate agendas, meeting logistics, materials, notes, and routine communications - Support recurring leadership cadences, operating reviews, and cross-functional meetings - Prepare and distribute relevant documents and information - Coordinate expense reporting, travel support, and other administrative workflows - Establish organized, dependable systems that reduce friction for leaders and their teams - Partner closely with the EA to the CTO and collaborate with other EAs on shared priorities - Provide backup support and coverage when executive support is needed elsewhere - Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism Within your first several months, you will have created reliable calendar systems for three Domain GMs, reduced scheduling friction, and built strong relationships with the leaders and teams you support. You will become a trusted partner who anticipates needs, protects executive focus, and helps the R&D leadership team operate with greater clarity and consistency. This is not a narrow, single-executive calendar-management position. You will support three Domain GMs, work across a globally distributed organization, and help shape administrative processes that are still developing. Priorities may change quickly, and you will sometimes need to make decisions with incomplete information. The role requires meaningful collaboration and shared coverage. Requirements: - 5+ years of executive support experience in complex, fast-moving environments - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars, time zones, and competing priorities - Strong judgment and organization: ability to distinguish urgency from importance, make thoughtful scheduling decisions, anticipate needs, and handle confidential information with discretion - Experience working with other EAs, providing backup coverage, and coordinating across teams - Professional fluency in written and spoken English - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related tools - Must be based in Colombia
