Salary: GBP 60,000 - 64,000 / annual
Monzo is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior engineering and technology leadership in a hybrid London role. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have prior EA experience supporting senior leaders in technology and engineering environments.
You will serve as a strategic business partner to either: (1) the CTO and VP of Product Engineering, or (2) the VP of Platform Engineering and incoming General Manager of Fincrime. Both roles embed you deeply within engineering and technology teams, working alongside a cohort of EAs across Monzo.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Partnership**: Develop deep understanding of your leaders' priorities, challenges, and goals. Anticipate needs, identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, and act as a trusted extension of the executives you support.
**Organizational Effectiveness**: Drive improvements in how teams and leaders operate. Enhance communication, help navigate complexity inherent in scaling a high-growth fintech, and bring order to ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
**Operational Excellence**: Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics for multiple senior stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare materials for leadership meetings, and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
**Team Collaboration**: Partner with the existing EA team across Technology and Monzo to share best practices, coordinate support across functions, and maintain consistency in how leadership is supported.
