Salary: USD 106,000 - 144,000 / annual

FloQast, a leading AI-powered accounting transformation platform, seeks an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and C-Suite executives. This hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) serves as the primary administrative backbone for the CFO's office, managing calendars, communications, meetings, and special projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex, dynamic professional calendars for the CFO and direct reports, balancing competing priorities and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external investors - Develop deep familiarity with CFO, CFO direct reports, and company priorities to provide strategic administrative support - Coordinate department-wide financial communications, including weekly newsletters - Plan, organize, and manage internal and external meetings (staff meetings, board meetings, special events), including preparation of materials, agendas, and post-meeting follow-ups - Arrange and manage executive travel logistics - Handle confidential information with discretion and facilitate communication between appropriate teams - Process and manage executive expense reimbursements - Respond professionally and efficiently to executive service requests - Collaborate with other administrative team members on ad hoc projects - Support special projects and other duties as assigned FloQast is trusted by over 3,500 accounting teams including Lululemon, DoorDash, and the MLB. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting C-Suite or VP-level executives in Software, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital industries - Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite - Proficiency with AI assistants - Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative orientation, and team player mentality - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Self-starter with high initiative and follow-through - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands - Strong work ethic and integrity Note: Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
