STOKE Space Technologies is building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight to radically lower space launch costs and increase flight cadence. As Executive Assistant supporting the Boltline leadership team, you will serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager and provide coordinated support across the leadership team. You will manage the GM's calendar and coordinate scheduling across leadership, using business priorities to resolve conflicts and protect time for critical work. You'll anticipate preparation needs, deadlines, and scheduling issues, surfacing tradeoffs early and recommending practical solutions. You'll coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, and logistics, handling sensitive business and personnel information with sound judgment and discretion. You will coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, business reviews, and offsites—managing scheduling, agendas, materials, rooms, and logistics. You'll partner with meeting owners to ensure inputs arrive on time and leaders have needed information before discussions. You'll capture decisions and action items, maintain organized records, and follow up on commitments and deadlines. You'll help prepare presentations, briefing materials, and internal communications for executive review. You will organize team events, all-hands meetings, customer and partner visits, and activities supporting a productive workplace. You'll coordinate visitor arrangements, meeting spaces, catering, and onsite logistics with Boltline and Stoke Space partners. You'll support office and facilities needs, supplies, vendor scheduling, purchases, and employee onboarding logistics in partnership with responsible teams. You will take ownership of varied administrative and operational projects, clarifying outcomes, coordinating contributors, and carrying work through completion. You'll build simple, repeatable processes, templates, and checklists that improve coordination as the company grows. You'll identify gaps, recurring friction, and upcoming needs; recommend improvements and act within agreed authority. You'll balance support requests across leaders, making priorities and capacity tradeoffs visible when needs compete. This role combines GM-level expectations for judgment, discretion, and initiative with the varied, hands-on support required in a startup environment. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
