Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

Farsight AI is an agentic AI platform for financial services, helping investment banks and private equity firms automate complex, nuanced workflows. This Executive Assistant role is a high-impact position supporting the CEO, CTO, and COO directly at this Series A startup based in Manhattan. You will serve as the operational backbone of the founding team, managing complex calendaring and scheduling across multiple priorities, owning travel logistics end-to-end (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries), and drafting communications on behalf of the CEO including emails and correspondence with investors, partners, and customers. You'll prepare briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documents for internal and external meetings, track open items and action items across leadership, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Approximately 20-30% of the role involves recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews across candidates and hiring managers, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting trackers, and supporting the recruiting pipeline as the company scales. You'll also contribute to office and operations support, ensuring the team has what they need to do their best work. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder, CEO, or C-suite executives at a startup or high-growth company. You are exceptionally organized with a strong bias toward action and follow-through, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will represent the CEO and company in every interaction. You are proactive by nature, anticipating needs and solving problems before they surface. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting a founding team or CEO at a Series A/B startup, familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, Slack, and Google Workspace, and prior exposure to recruiting coordination or people operations. The role is based in Manhattan with 4 days per week onsite (Fridays remote). Compensation includes a salary of $75,000-$85,000 annually commensurate with experience, meaningful Series A equity, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and unlimited PTO.
