As Conduct's first Executive Assistant, you will be the operational backbone supporting the three founders. You'll protect their time, drive priorities forward, and shape how the company runs day-to-day. This is a high-trust role with visibility into every major decision and strategic initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing packed founder calendars and helping determine how their time is allocated
- Scheduling and preparing meetings with enterprise customers, investors, and partners, ensuring participants are prepared and clear on next steps
- Planning and executing global founder travel, with rapid problem-solving when plans change
- Monitoring founder inboxes and communication threads, prioritizing by business impact and handling routine matters independently
- Writing communications on behalf of founders to customers, investors, and partners with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinating board and investor meetings from scheduling through follow-up
- Contributing to candidate experience and onboarding
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions
You'll set the standard for how the founders are supported and will help shape the EA function as the company scales. The role offers rare insight into how a generational company is built, with scope that grows alongside the organization.

- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs before being asked
- Willingness to push back constructively, even with founders, when appropriate
- Maturity and sound judgment with confidential information
- Problem-solving orientation: ability to fix or automate issues and take on work outside traditional scope
- Zero-error mindset: commitment to accuracy and excellence even under pressure
- German language skills are a plus
