Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking an Executive Assistant based in Raleigh to support three Technical leaders. This is a hybrid role with approximately 10% travel potential.
You will manage the day-to-day activities of busy global executives, including calendar management, expense reports, and travel coordination. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings with full attendee management, material preparation, and room setup. You'll assist in creating and editing documents and presentations for internal and external audiences, serve as a point of contact between executives and colleagues, and lead the organization of internal events such as Global Leadership Meetings and Team Events. You'll also provide support during customer and executive meetings in the Raleigh office and manage ad hoc projects as needed.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting SVP or VP-level leaders, preferably in a fast-growing IT company, consulting firm, or banking environment. You should be comfortable in tech-driven environments with prior experience supporting Sales Leaders and Teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, along with perfect English (written and spoken). You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure across different time zones, excellent prioritization skills, and a service-oriented personality with high integrity and business ethics. Experience in entrepreneurial, dynamic environments and strong team collaboration are important.
