K Health, an AI-powered virtual care platform backed by $443.5M in funding, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for its New York City headquarters. This hybrid role combines executive support for the CEO and CPO with office management responsibilities for the NYC team.
As Executive Assistant, you will manage complex calendars for senior leadership, coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange domestic and international travel logistics, handle vendor relationships, process expense reports, and lead special projects. You'll serve as the main point of contact for building management and ensure smooth office operations.
As Office Manager, you will orchestrate daily operations for the NYC office, including coordinating vendors for lunches, snacks, office supplies, and housekeeping. You'll actively promote in-person collaboration by planning engaging team events and creating a dynamic office environment. You'll partner with the People Team on onboarding activities, welcome traveling employees and external guests with white-glove service, and act as a central communication hub for office-wide announcements.
The ideal candidate is organized, thoughtful, and proactive—someone who anticipates needs, uses good judgment independently, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You'll bring exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
K Health modernizes primary care through AI, offering clinical AI solutions for patients, provider-serving tools to reduce administrative burden, and AI-powered virtual clinics for health systems. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in NYC, the company is backed by leading investors including Valor Equity Partners and Comcast Ventures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or related role, preferably in a fast-moving, startup, or tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in complex, incomplete-information environments
- Clear, concise, timely communication with ability to break down silos and foster cross-functional dialogue
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, VMS, and willingness to learn new digital platforms and project management tools
- Ability to work autonomously and use judgment to "do the right thing" without explicit instructions
Bonus: Prior experience in a startup scaled to 200+ employees.
