dLocal is a financial infrastructure platform powering global commerce in emerging markets, operating across 60+ countries. As an Execution & Enablement Specialist, you will drive operational excellence across dLocal's Payins network, covering Argentina and Bolivia markets. You will report to the Execution & Enablement Manager for South LATAM.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner & Processor Management**: Own day-to-day operational relationships with assigned payment processors, acquirers, APM providers, and issuers. Manage onboarding, contract changes, operational migrations, and go-live readiness. Coordinate root-cause investigations and remediation with partners and internal teams to resolve business and technical blockers. Relay processor feedback and support market-specific needs to improve operational continuity.
**Enablement & Commercial Responsibilities**: Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and special commercial terms (such as campaigns with issuers). Enable partner features and new payment flows. Manage fines processes and cost structures by tracking evidence and ensuring card-scheme mandates are implemented.
**Merchant-Facing Operational Support**: Provide hands-on enablement and hypercare for merchant integrations and go-lives. Act as the escalation contact for Customer Success and Account Management teams during critical incidents.
**Performance Optimization & Market Intelligence**: Analyze rejection reasons, partner performance, and routing to implement initiatives that increase approvals and reduce costs. Identify and help integrate new operational capabilities and benchmark partner performance against market standards. Drive rollout of new technologies with key partners as part of dLocal's 2026 resilience agenda.
**Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement**: Maintain and drive the Partners Health Matrix, run health reviews, and deliver action plans. Report progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Own core KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in the payment or fintech industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Basic knowledge of programming languages; proficient with Excel/Sheets
- Ability to write data-reading queries in tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Logz.io, AWS Athena, and other analysis and monitoring platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with partners
- Data-driven mindset with strong root-cause analysis skills
- Advanced/fluent English
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
- Bias for action, ownership, strong organization, and ability to operate across time zones
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Openness to constant change in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; self-starter mentality
