Higgsfield AI is a rapidly scaling generative AI company that has achieved $500M in annual revenue run rate with 25M+ users worldwide. The company is at the forefront of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools, powering 390 Fortune 500 brands.
This Events Manager role reports to the Head of PR and is responsible for building and scaling Higgsfield's events function from the ground up. You will create the systems, processes, and playbooks that define how the company approaches events as it scales globally. This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines operational excellence with creative execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Building the Events Function: Develop Higgsfield's comprehensive event playbook, establishing repeatable standards and processes for planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, communications, onsite execution, and post-event measurement. Create the annual events calendar and framework for determining which events to attend, sponsor, host, or skip. Build scalable templates, checklists, timelines, vendor databases, and operating processes. Establish clear success metrics and conduct post-event retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
External Events & Brand Experiences: Own Higgsfield's presence at major industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive dinners, activations, and partner events. Develop brand experiences that reflect Higgsfield's position across AI, technology, advertising, and creative industries. Manage end-to-end event production including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, branding, guest lists, travel, and staffing. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to connect events to business objectives including pipeline generation, customer engagement, partnerships, and brand awareness. Coordinate executive participation, speaking engagements, VIP experiences, and customer meetings. Measure attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Internal Events & Employee Experience: Plan and execute company offsites, leadership gatherings, team events, celebrations, and internal experiences. Partner with People and leadership to strengthen connection and culture across a fast-growing global organization. Manage logistics for events involving employees across multiple countries and time zones. Build repeatable formats and processes that scale with the company.
Operations & Execution: Own event budgets, forecasts, contracts, and vendor relationships. Negotiate with venues, agencies, production partners, and vendors to maximize quality and value. Manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Travel and work outside traditional hours as required. Be willing to jump into whatever needs to get done—from developing strategy to negotiating contracts to troubleshooting onsite issues.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, People, Investor Relations, and the executive team. This role requires an operator mindset: moving quickly, creating structure from ambiguity, and continuously finding ways to make the events function more efficient and scalable.
