Tebi is a Connected Restaurant Management System that unifies sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and data analytics for hospitality businesses. Founded by Arnout Schuijff (co-founder of Adyen) and backed by €50M from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi operates across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, and Finland.
You will build and scale Tebi's events and community programs across multiple markets simultaneously. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with execution. You'll design and deliver partner-hosted dinners, industry breakfasts, and city launches; build repeatable playbooks and supplier networks; identify and cultivate relationships with trusted hospitality influencers (distributors, wholesalers, food creators, associations, accountants); position Tebi merchants as event hosts and anchors; coordinate follow-up with local sales and account management teams using HubSpot; explore new community-driven growth channels (affiliate programs, referral networks, industry forums); and create social content and case studies from events and partnerships.
Success is measured by: events delivered on time and budget each quarter; demos and pipeline generated per event; partner introductions and referrals; and cost per demo versus other channels.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Marketing, General Managers, and Account Managers across markets. Travel is regular and expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years in events, community, field marketing, or partnerships (though demonstrated impact valued over tenure)
- Proven track record building something people actively engaged with (event series, supper club, community program, etc.) with measurable outcomes beyond attendance
- Hands-on hospitality experience or deep familiarity with restaurants, bars, or food & drink brands; comfort leading rooms full of operators
- High agency: self-directed, owns calendar and relationships, doesn't wait for direction
- Ability to build playbooks from scratch and execute simultaneously
- Distinction between authentic community and transactional guest lists
- Comfort managing multiple markets without losing detail; willingness to travel regularly
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), UTM tracking, and basic reporting
- Fluent English; Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, or Nordic language a plus
- Hands-on execution mindset; willingness to roll up sleeves on event nights
- Curiosity to test growth opportunities beyond traditional events
